What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my letter?
Your Slow Sundays envelope is lovingly packed and mailed on the 15th of every month.
If you're in the U.S., you can usually expect it to arrive within 3–10 days. If you're joining us from outside the U.S., your letter will typically find its way to you within 2–6 weeks, depending on your local postal service.
Subscribe before the 15th, and you'll receive that month's Slow Sundays mailing. If you join after the 15th, your first envelope will arrive with the next month's edition.
What if I need to cancel my subscription / change my address?

What happens if I don't recieve my letter?
One of the beautiful things about snail mail is that it asks us to slow down. Most of the time, your letter arrives right on schedule, but every now and then, the postal system has a mind of its own.
If you're in the U.S., please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after it's been mailed (up to 6 weeks for international subscribers). Before reaching out, take a quick peek at your order confirmation to make sure your mailing address is correct, that's the most common reason a letter goes astray.
If your Slow Sundays envelope still hasn't arrived by the end of the month (or after 6 weeks internationally), send us an email. We'll happily make it right by sending a replacement, or if that's not possible, issuing a refund for that month's mailing.
After all, every Slow Sundays letter deserves to find its way home.
